Due Dater is a fully featured gestational age and due date calculator for working physicians who make many of these calculations per day. I designed it to meet my need for a calculator that did everything correctly and quickly.
When I created Due Dater, I wanted to meet many goals:
1) Needs to do any calculation you can imagine. If you can think it, Due Dater can do it. Forwards, backwards, LMP, EDC, "Best Dates"
2) I wanted it all in one screen, without losing features. To achieve this the selection wheels are hidden except when needed.
3) I wanted to be able to compare several due dates at a time. Crucial when a patient shows up with five different dates her previous physician gave her. To figure out which is right I need to be able to put in several at once.
4) Needs to be able to turn two pieces of ultrasound data into three. Give it the date of ultrasound and gestational age and it will give you EDC, or any combination of those you want.
5) Needs to be correct. ALWAYS. Due Dater uses a custom dating class to force correct output in all conditions, time zones, and daylight savings time zones..
Localizes dates to your local format (ie day/month/year instead of month/day/year)
